I see that Microsoft Authenticator is closing and why, i dont anderstand?
What options can swith over to?
I have so much password and everything in the Authenticator and im a little bit worried.
I hate when this things happen always changing when something work.
I need some help here please.

Where did you hear that Microsoft Authenticator app is closing?
The only change is that it will discontinue the password autofill feature.

Correct, the Microsoft Authenticator app will still work for:
Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
Login approvals (notifications)
Passwordless sign-ins (using your phone)

The autofill and password manager feature is being shut down.
Your saved passwords will be deleted from the app in August 2025. You will not be able to use them anymore after that. I want to be extra clear here - it is removed from the app, not from your account. You will still have access to your saved password via Edge browser's password manager as long you use the same Microsoft account.
Okay just to anderstand.
The Microsoft Authenticator app will be funcional, only the password aufill will be closed, but will then my already store password will be deleted, or can I still use those in the app?
If my autofill password wiol be deleted what can i do to to transfer it to another app or something?

No problem.
In short, Authenticator remains fully functional for 2FA, sign-in approvals, and passkeys. Only the password/autofill features are going away this summer. That refers to the second tab at the bottom of the app. However, password saved can be still accessed via the autofill on your Edge web browser.
Samsung Pass is a different app, it is similar, and can serve as authenticator app as well.

I mispronounced a bit. Sorry for my English. I meant password autofill. I understand that password autofill on Microsoft Authenticator will be eliminated? How will it work, and what should I do with my autosaved passwords? I understand that all of the autofill passwords will be deleted from Microsoft Authenticator?
I do have Samsung Pass, is that the same as Microsoft Authenticator?
