  • If I upload an image that is to be used for a prompt in Microsoft Designer - does the AI learn from it and store for others to use?
  • How does the creations I make with Microsoft Designer get stored - are they shared with anyone or does the AI remember them?
  • Do I risk of having my images be used by someone else?
  • If so - how do I withdraw this access?

Hello EmirKi ! My name is Jeremy and I’m happy to help you with your question.

I found this statement in the Terms of Use document sourced below regarding ownership.

"Ownership of Content. Microsoft does not claim ownership of your Prompts, Creations, or any other content you provide, post, input, or submit to the Image Generator (including feedback and suggestions)."

https://designer.microsoft.com/termsOfUse.pdf

I also read that at this time your creations are not stored or able to be retrieved at this time, although they are planning to implement a cloud type service in the future.

Thank you for reaching out to the community forums and have a good rest of your day.

Regards,
