How do I get full onenote version on tab as on pc Windows10?

Hi. Ive spent €1500 on a new samsung tab, which i installed onenote on. However i only seem to get the "retarded" version of onenote as the Windows10 version has a lot more functions: skeet Witherspoon grids, ruler etc. I bought this tabletter to taket notes, but ended up with something Witherspoon less functions than 5 cent paper-notepad.

How do I get ghe full version on tabletter?

    I am a Microsoft user just like you, I hope you are doing well?

    Understand that the desktop version of OneNote has features that you cannot get using the andriod version.
