Video Conference ID in Teams - how to include in invitation

I have invited people from another company to a Teams meeting. They ask for Video Conference ID (SIP / H.323 address ?) for this meeting. I cannot find this ID in my meeting invitation. Is it possible for me to add such an ID to the existing invitation. Are there some options in the Teams setup on whether or not to include this? I have found something on this at https://kb.iu.edu/d/bgkc, but do not see how to include the Video Conference ID in my invitation.

    Hello, SteinSvaet

I am Igor and I will be glad to help you with this question :)

To enable "Join with a video conferencing device", you need to have a third party solution (a Cloud Video Interop service) to this integration, like Cisco, Poly, Bluejans etc

You can check the certified partners here

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams...

Users who are enabled for this service will have additional information provided in their Teams meeting invitations specifically designed to allow standards-based video endpoints to join. This information appears under the “Join with a video conferencing device” section, as seen.

Once we enable this option, with the IU videoconferencing room system ,you can add the video conferencing ID to the invitations. The video service provider will guide you how to make this integration with Microsoft Teams.

    To more information:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams...

    Best Regards
