I just saw the Edit, sorry.
The problem is happening even with the adapter, same problem?

Hi,
Last night there was a power outage which happened while my computer was still running. Today, when I tried to turn it back on for the first time since the outage happened, the internet connection does not work.
I normally use an ethernet cable, yet bow my computer is idefinatly stucl trying to identify it. This also happens if I try to switch to wifi, as well if I try to share my phone's network.
What have I tried?
Power cycling the modem/router
Factory reseting the modem/router
Switching which port on the router my pc is comnected to.
Restarting my computer countless times, as well as in safe mode
I've messed around with the network drivers, disabeling/reenableing them, unstalling and installing them again with no luck.
Windows diagnosis tools seems schizophrenic, telling me I should switch to an automatic IP assaignment, which is funny since it already is, and I can't find any conflicting settings.
Following Chatgpt, I found some services that are not running which probably should be, thay being DHCP Client and Network Location Awarness. My computer is not letting me start the former.
I've tried reinstalling windows, keeping files and apps but I get an error towards the end of the process.
Please, someone help me. My computer is still fairly new and expensive and I am struggeling financially anoigh as it is, I can not afford to replace it.

Yes, I believe thay is what I did? A standard Netgear one, unless I'm misunderstanding something?
It would be better to test using a USB wireless, if possible.
I tried using my phone as an adapter through an USB tether, but I'm not sure if it worked or not, as in, I'm not sure if my computer recognized it as such and if it did but just prioritizing its own native systems over the usb tether since it doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with them. I might have an old usb wireless adapter laying around somewhere I could try if you think it's worth it?
Thank you for your response
EDIT: I was able to find the adapter, after jumping through some hoops, I was able to dowload and trasnfer the drivers to my pc through my åhone and install them.
I disabled the native wifi adapter and tried to connect with the new usb one, it didn't work. The issue persists.

A power outage can cause problems with the network card. If you have already tried several solutions and the problem persists, it is possible that it may have been damaged, since the network is not working via cable or Wi-Fi.
If possible, test using a network adapter to see if the problem still persists.
