How to permanently fix Event 455, ESENT error in Windows 10 Home version 1909?

Hi, I've had this error with long intervals in between for years. My solution has been either formatting or upgrading Windows. I finally figured out where the issue comes from, because i luckily felt it happening and timestamped it, then went to Event viewer and located the source. All i know is it makes my mouse floaty; almost like mouse acceleration is turned on, but not excactly. The mouse is more dragging and less ''crisp'' or responsive. Which is a nightmare if ur a gamer.

I came across this thread;

''I am getting  Event Error 'ESENT-455' multiple times since updating to Version 1903-Build18362.175.

Description: (copied from event error log)

"svchost (15692,R,98) TILEREPOSITORYS-1-5-18: Error -1023 (0xfffffc01) occurred while opening logfile

C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\TileDataLayer\Database\EDB.log."

I found the thread at Web site, 'Known Issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903'' addressing this specific problem, (https://www.tenforums.com/windows-10-news/133041-known-issues-windows-10-may-2019-update-version-1903-a-2.html#post1638963)

The found solution was," to go to Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\

Create the folder TileDataLayer then inside that folder create Database folder."

I did what the solution was to this thread, and the floaty feeling in my mouse became better. But the effect only last a couple days, until the mouse ''zones out'' and floatiness returns, while playing a game.

Thanks in advance,

Peter

EDIT: I've figured out the cause of it; excessive clicking of the mouse triggers the issue. So now I know the cause of it, what the error and application (ESENT) is, I just need to find a permanent solution. After I reset my pc to a previous state, it took two days for it to happen again even with the 'TileDataLayer' folder fix (right after the reset). It happened again a day after the second pc restore, again after excessive clicking and with folder fix in place. Either I have to reset my PC every 1-2 days, or.. what?

    These programs are safe. Some third=party antiviruses may contain unwanted components. Sometimes faults may be explained by hard drive faults.

    Do you have HDD or SSD? Does it have Found.000 or similar folders?

    Not that I'm aware of. I have Intel Driver & Support Assistant and Intel Computing Improvement Program. Not sure if those qualify?

    But I've had this issue with longer intervals for several years, and most of the programs I have installed currently are pretty recent. I'm 95% sure I had the same problems with my last PC too, which means it's not a driver or mechanical issue?

    Do you use any third-party "optimizing" programs, disk or registry cleaners?

    Yes im doing that now as a temporary solution. Hopefully I can find some permanent fix so I don't have to go through this floating issue every 4-5 months. Also the mouse was not fixed by creating the Database folder, but it did improve it slightly somehow.
