Issues with phone link in Windows 11

I am having problems with the call selection in the phone link. The program will not connect even though Bluetooth is activated on both devices. I have activated and deactivated it on both PC and mobile several times, but it doesn't work. The mobile phone and PC have also been restarted. The program shows 'connected,' and it's possible to send messages, but it's not possible to talk from the PC.

    Hi Trond,

    Thank you for your message.

Since the Phone Link app shows as "connected" and messaging works, the issue seems specific to the Bluetooth call feature. Please try the following steps:

    Check Bluetooth Call Permissions

On your mobile phone, go to Bluetooth settings.

Tap on your PC name and make sure **“Calls” or “Phone audio”** is enabled.

      **Re-pair the Devices**

Remove the PC from your phone’s Bluetooth list and re-pair them.

         **Verify Audio Settings on PC**

On your PC, go to **Settings > System > Sound**.

Under Input and Output, make sure your phone is selected as the microphone and speaker for calls.

**Confirm Phone Link Call Feature is Enabled**

Open the Phone Link app on your PC.

Go to **Settings > Features** and ensure **“Make and receive calls”** is turned on.

                     **Update Bluetooth Drivers**

Open **Device Manager** on your PC and update the Bluetooth drivers.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,
