Artifact Signing organization identity validation stuck at Verified ID step

We are setting up Azure Artifact Signing for the CoreBrit organization.

The organization identity validation is stuck at the Microsoft Authenticator Verified ID step.

Region: Korea Central

The organization verification email was received at ******@corebrit.com, and the verification link was opened successfully. The link is not expired.

The issue occurs after the email link opens the QR-code verification page at credentials.microsoft.com/verify.

When the QR code is scanned with Microsoft Authenticator, the app shows:

• VerifiableCredential: Card missing
• Face check result: Required by organization
• The Next button is disabled
• Tapping “Card missing” does nothing

The signing user has these roles:

• Artifact Signing Identity Verifier on the Artifact Signing account
• Reader inherited at subscription scope

The verification cannot proceed because no Verifiable Credential is available in Microsoft Authenticator.

Please advise how to initiate or reissue the Verified ID issuance flow, or how to reset the verification session without deleting the existing identity validation request.
