Virtual Machine: Accidentally Deleted Resources — Recovery Issue

Problem description

I am asking about recovering resources that were accidentally deleted, specifically a managed OS disk and an associated snapshot for my Ubuntu VM in the Korea Central region. The deletion happened around 09:34 UTC on October 11, 2026, and I need urgent assistance to recover these resources.

Environment

Azure Virtual Machine running Ubuntu in Korea Central region, affected resources include one managed OS disk and one related snapshot.

What I've already tried

I identified the deleted resources and provided the deletion timestamp. I recreated the destination resource group in the same region to prepare for potential recovery. I reviewed guidance on managed disk recovery conditions but found no self-service options for recovering deleted managed disks or snapshots. I also checked for backup or restore points but found none.

Current status

The resources have been deleted, and I am seeking assistance to recover the managed OS disk and snapshot into the recreated resource group. I need guidance on whether recovery is possible and how to proceed urgently.
