Artifact Signing organization validation: domain has under two months remaining and reseller cannot renew early
We are completing Public Trust organization identity validation for a South Korean business. Our active domain is managed by Squarespace and billed through Google Workspace. It expires on November 23, 2026 and is configured for automatic renewal.
Google Workspace Support confirmed that manual early renewal is unavailable in its admin console. Its reseller invoice also omits registrar-specific registration-period details. Squarespace has been asked for official registration documentation and early-renewal options; its response is pending.
The current Artifact Signing documentation requires documents issued within the previous 12 months and an expiration date at least two months away. We want to comply without altering any original documents.
- Can the validation team review the original paid invoice together with registrar confirmation of ownership/expiry, auto-renewal evidence, and the reseller's written explanation?
- The additional-document email also lists an assignment letter or a website showing organization details as Category 2 alternatives. Can these satisfy the domain-related evidence requirement in this situation, or does the minimum remaining domain term still apply independently?
- If renewal is mandatory, what supported path is available when the reseller cannot renew early?
- How can we request a private review of the existing identity validation without a paid Azure technical support plan? We can provide the validation ID and documents through an official private channel.
Please clarify the acceptable evidence before we use any of the limited document-upload attempts. No account identifiers, identity documents, or invoices are attached to this public question.
