Feature Request: Option for Permanent Conversation History Storage in Copilot

Dear Microsoft Copilot Team,

I am a regular user of Microsoft Copilot and truly appreciate the value it brings to my daily workflow.

Currently, Copilot retains conversation history for up to 18 months. While this is helpful, many users, including myself, utilize Copilot for long-term projects, research, and archiving professional ideas. Losing these conversations after 18 months can result in a loss of valuable personal data and context.

Therefore, I would like to formally suggest adding a "Permanent Storage" or "Lifetime History" feature. Allowing users to opt-in to lifetime storage (or choose their own custom retention period) would significantly improve the long-term utility of the platform.

Thank you for your continuous efforts to improve Copilot. I look forward to seeing this feature considered in future updates.
