Please note that the invitation link to join a family group will automatically expire within 14 days. If you have not accepted the invitation for a long time, please ask the family organizer to send the invitation link again.
If the invitation is still within the 14-day period, you can try accepting it through a private browsing tab (Incognito Session). To do this, open an incognito or private browsing tab in any web browser and sign in with your Microsoft account here:
- Then open the invitation link sent to you by email and click “Accept Invitation.”
- You will be redirected to the Microsoft Family website. Make sure you are signed in with your Microsoft account, then click “Join family group.”
- If the issue persists, try using a different browser or device to see if you can join the Family Safety group.
