You don't need to buy Google cloud storage alongside a Microsoft subscription. Please can you sign into your OneDrive account here: https://onedrive.live.com/?v=managestorage&sw=bypassConfig
Please can you tell me if you see the 100 GB as the total limit?
What should happen when you buy the subscription is that the subscription is assigned to your Microsoft account profile (which is looked to have been in the image on the original post). It then applies the new limit to your OneDrive account. Please make sure that you are signed into the same Microsoft account you used to purchase the subscription.
