제 Microsoft 계정의 통신 기본 설정을 확인했으나 “어떤 통신에도 가입되어 있지 않습니다”라고 표시됩니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 Microsoft로부터 “Windows 10 Extended Security Updates(ESU) 보호기간이 연장되었습니다” 라는 제품 홍보성·정보성 이메일을 받았습니다. 다음 사항을 요청합니다. 1. 이 이메일 주소를 Microsoft의 모든 비필수 이메일 발송 대상에서 제외해 주십시오. 2. Windows 10 ESU 관련 홍보, 제품 안내, 가입 권유 및 정보성 이메일을 중단해 주십시오. 3. 마케팅 통신 목록에 가입되어 있지 않은데도 이 메일이 발송된 근거와 사용된 발송 목록 또는 시스템을 알려 주십시오. 4. Microsoft 내부의 다른 마케팅·제품·프로그램 통신 시스템에도 발송 제외 조치를 적용해 주십시오. 5. 조치 완료 여부를 이메일로 확인해 주십시오. 보안 경고, 로그인 인증, 결제 및 법적으로 반드시 필요한 계정 통지는 유지해도 됩니다. 이 요청은 ESU 등록 또는 Windows 보안 업데이트를 취소해 달라는 요청이 아닙니다.
