I wonder when the kernel security structure of Windows has changed. (Maybe Win 10 → Win 11)

When I run Poolmon.exe on Win10 and Win11, respectively, I see the tag Gpbm on Win11, but not on Win10. The GDI memory management architecture is believed to have changed.
Gpbm runaway is a phenomenon that occurred during the DLP hooking of the teams.
Driver 'reference count management flaws', which were not revealed in Windows 10's Flexible Resource Recovery Policy, are believed to be stuck in the Gpbm paging pool in conflict with Windows 11's rigorous object integrity checks and high-speed DWM rendering environment.
As I wrote in the title, I wonder when the kernel memory management architecture changed.
