Trust sign을 하기위해 구독을 했는데 Korea Central 로 해서 Identity validation 이 되지 않습니다.

Trust sign을 하기위해 구독을 했는데 Korea Central롤 해서 Identity validation 할때 다음과 같이 메시지가 뜹니다 어떻게 해야 할까요?

Artifact Signing is currently available to organizations in the USA, Canada, European Union & United Kingdom and to individual developers in the USA & Canada.
Access control (IAM)에서 역활(Role)을 추가해야 할듯 한데 무엇을 추가 해야 할지 모르겠네요
