엑셀 문서 작성시 아래쪽 여백이 생김

문서 작성시 아래와 같이 43행에서 끝나는 문서인데

문서인쇄시 아래와 같이 아래여백이 많은채로 인쇄가 됩니다.

보기>페이지레이아웃 으로 들어가서 확인결과

아래와 같이 문서 하단에 여백이 있는것으로 확인이되는데

이것을 없애는 방법을 알고 싶습니다.-맨왼쪽 아래의 주황색 27+28부분

Hello,

You are seeing that big empty band because the sheet is printing at a fixed 100% scale, so the content stops at row 43 and Excel leaves the rest of the page blank. The quickest way to remove that gap is to make the sheet fit the page height.

Do this in that file. Go to the Page Layout tab, in Scale to Fit change Height to 1 page. If you prefer the dialog, click the tiny launcher in Scale to Fit, on the Page tab choose Fit to 1 page(s) wide by 1 page(s) tall, confirm the paper size is A4, then OK.

Check Print Preview again. Excel will scale the sheet slightly so the border and last row reach the bottom printable area, eliminating the large lower margin.
