특정 인물에게 1:1 대화 시 메세지가 발송되지 않는 오류

특정 인물에게 1:1 대화를 걸면 메세지가 발송되지 않습니다.

다만, 모바일로 대화를 걸면 메세지가 발송 되는것을 보았을 때 차단이 되거나 한건 아닌것같습니다.

해결방법 확인 부탁드립니다.

    teams 라는 파일은 없고 teamsmeetingadd-in 파일만 있습니다.

    teamsmeetingadd-in 폴더 내에는 cache 라는 폴더가 없습니다.

    앱 자체를 삭제하고 다시 재설치 해야할까요 ?

    It’s almost always a syncing issue or a cache corruption problem in one of the installations.

    Clear Teams cache manually.

    • On Windows: Quit Teams completely. Go to %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\Cache and delete all files.
    • On macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Cache. Reopen Teams to allow new sync from the cloud.

    Also, Test in Teams Web - If the issue persists only on one platform, uninstall and reinstall the app. This often resolves broken sync chains permanently.
