You're not eligible for an Azure free account

Hello 우현 김 Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A platform.

You might see the error due to following below reasons:

• Already used the free plan: If you’ve signed up for an Azure free account before, you can’t create another one. It’s limited to one per person.
• Account checks: Make sure your account is verified and you meet the age requirement. Problems with verification can block you.
• Region limits: Some countries or regions don’t allow Azure free accounts. If you’re in one of those, it won’t work.
• Payment issues: If you have unpaid bills or problems with past Azure subscriptions, that can stop you from getting a free account.

To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

• The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
• The credit card information is correct.
• You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.

Thanks,

Suchitra.
