If you just want to sign out and remove your account from that PC without deleting the account itself, Please try to go Settings > Accounts > Email & accounts under Accounts used by other apps, find your account and click it, hit Remove. Also you can go to Settings > Accounts > Your info, If you’re logged in with a Microsoft account, switch to a local account first if possible, then remove yours. This should log you out and hide your account from the sign-in screen, without deleting the actual account. Since it's a public computer, the system likely has admin restrictions that's why you can’t remove or switch the account. Please try to sign out completely. Clear saved login info via Windows + R > type control keymgr.dll > remove saved credentials if allowed. If you signed in through a browser, log out there too and clear cookies. Change your Microsoft password afterward to sign out of all sessions just in case. This helps protect your account even if it still shows on that device.
