Good day! Thank you for sharing your concern with us here in the Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, kindly try these following steps:

Install the Korean Language Accessory Pack

Microsoft Access is part of the Office suite, so changing its language involves installing the Office Language Accessory Pack.

Go to the Language Accessory Pack for Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Support.
Select Korean from the list and download the appropriate version (32-bit or 64-bit) that matches your Office installation.
Run the installer and complete the setup.

Change the Display Language in Access

After installing the language pack:

Open Access.
Go to File > Options > Language.
Under Office display language, select Korean and click Set as Preferred.
Under Office authoring languages and proofing, also select Korean and set it as preferred.
Restart Access for the changes to take effect.
