Hello 이완후, My name is Indhurani, and I’ll be happy to help you today.

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue where all files (PPT, Word, Excel) are opening as read-only when using the desktop apps in Teams. This issue seems to be affecting multiple users in your organization.

Here are a few possible solutions:

    1. Check the file permissions: Verify that the user accounts trying to access the files have the appropriate permissions to edit the files.
    2. Update Teams: Ensure that you have the latest version of Teams installed on your device. You can check for updates by going to "Settings > About > Check for updates": https://support.microsoft.com/ko-kr/office/micr...
    3. Check OneDrive/SharePoint permissions: If the files are stored on OneDrive or SharePoint, make sure that the users have the appropriate permissions to edit the files. Check with your IT team or SharePoint admin to ensure the settings are correct: https://support.microsoft.com/ko-kr/office/shar...
    4. Disable Protected view: If the issue persists, try disabling the Protected view feature in the Office apps. To do this, open any Office app (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), go to "File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings", and then uncheck the "Enable Protected View for files originating from the internet" option.
    5. Check Windows permissions: If none of the above solutions work, verify that Windows is not blocking the file access. Check with your IT team to ensure that the Windows permissions are set correctly.
