Windows11でWebViewの更新失敗。どうすれば直るか

Windws11 25H2で、EdgeWebviewが、151.0.4129.78から151.0.4129.86 への更新に失敗している。

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate\Download{F3017226-FE2A-4295-8BDF-00C3A9A7E4C5}\151.0.4129.86 には

MicrosoftEdge_X64_151.0.4129.86_151.0.4129.78.exe があるのに、

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\EdgeWebView\Applicationは151.0.4129.78ディレクトリのままだ。

再起動して数十分待っても再インストールが始まらない。どうしたら復旧できる？
