I cannot close my Microsoft account because of a broken Entra tenant association.

My personal Microsoft account cannot be closed because of a broken Entra tenant association.

Azure shows:

"The selected user account does not exist in the tenant 'Default Directory'."

I already:

• canceled all Azure subscriptions
• deleted all resource groups
• left the organization previously

However:

• I cannot access Entra ID
• I cannot access Organizations page
• I cannot close my Microsoft account

This appears to be a stale/broken backend tenant association.

Please advise how to request backend cleanup.
