Windows11からWindows10にダウングレードした際に一部ファイルが欠損したのかわかりませんが、Windows Updateが実行できません。

試したこと

①　コマンドプロンプト　sfc /scannow

　➡Windows リソース保護は、修復サービスを開始できませんでした。

②　セーフモードでコマンドプロンプト　sfc /scannow

　➡Windows リソース保護は、修復サービスを開始できませんでした。

③ISOファイルを用いたクリーンインストール

　➡Windows11のインストールに失敗しました。

③につていですが、なぜ10に戻すkとが目的なのに11のメディアを使ったのでしょうか？

10のインストールメディアを使って、10を新規セットアップするのが楽だと思います

ご指摘の通りWindows 10での利用が目的です。ご提案いただいた**「Windows 10のインストールメディアを使ったクリーンインストール」も試みたのですが、インストールの途中で失敗してしまい、完了できない状態**です。（※Windows 11のメディアも使用したのは、10への入れ替えがうまくいかないため、一旦元の環境である11に戻せるか確認しようとしたためですが、こちらも同様に失敗しました。）

【経緯と現状】

YouTube動画（https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_vxcSmqtYk）を参考にメディア作成ツールを用いてWindows 10 Proへの入れ替えを実行。

OSの入れ替え自体は完了したが、その後Windows Updateが機能しなくなる不具合が発生（回復ポイントは未作成）。

修復を試みるも改善しなかったため、以下の再インストール手段を試行。

Windows 10 のISOファイルでのクリーンインストール：失敗

__Windows 11__ のISOファイルでのクリーンインストール：__失敗__ PCの初期化機能：__失敗__

このように、どのバージョンのOSメディアを使用してもクリーンインストール自体が正常に完了せず、困り果てている状況です。

Hello,

The servicing stack and TrustedInstaller components are very likely damaged. The least risky fix is an in-place repair of Windows 10 using official media while keeping your apps and files.

Do this on the affected PC, signed in with an administrator account.

Back up important files just in case and ensure at least 20 GB free on C:. If you use third-party antivirus, temporarily uninstall or disable it. Download the official Windows 10 Media Creation Tool from Microsoft. Run it and choose Upgrade this PC now.

If you prefer an ISO, choose Create installation media for another PC, make sure language, edition and architecture match your current Windows, then mount the ISO in File Explorer and run setup.exe from inside Windows.

When Setup asks Get updates, drivers and optional features, choose Not right now so the repair does not depend on Windows Update. Accept the license, confirm that Keep personal files and apps is selected on the Ready to install screen, then start the install. Expect several restarts. If prompted for a key, choose I do not have a product key. Your existing digital license will reactivate automatically after the repair.

When the repair completes, open an elevated Command Prompt and run:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
```
Restart once more and try Windows Update again. Tell me if something goes wrong.

このモデルでは、通常の ISO では回復できない ストレージコントローラーおよびサービス関連の破損が発生しています。解決策は、HP Cloud Recovery を使用して PC を工場出荷時の Windows 11 イメージに戻すことです。このメディアには正しい Intel VMD ストレージドライバーと OMEN プラットフォーム用パッケージがあらかじめ含まれているため、汎用の Windows ISO や「リセット」が失敗する状況でも正常に完了します。

私が推奨する手順は次のとおりです。

正常に動作している PC で、 Microsoft Store から HP Cloud Recovery をインストールし、起動して製品を検出させます。求められた場合は、HP サポートページのラベルに記載されている Product ID を入力してください。32 GB 以上の空の USB ドライブを挿入し、ツールに回復メディアを作成させます。

USB を OMEN に移します。完全に電源を切ります。電源を入れたらすぐに F9 を連打して HP Boot Menu を開き、USB デバイスを選択して回復を開始します。HP の回復環境が読み込まれたら、工場出荷時復元オプション を選択し、可能であればプライマリのシステムディスクのみを接続した状態にし、既存のパーティションを削除してイメージを書き込むことを許可します。この処理により、OEM ドライバーがすべて含まれたクリーンな Windows 11 Pro に戻ります。
