Thanks for sharing the details! Try to disable All Add-ins. Faulty add-ins cause PowerPoint to close by itself.
- Hold Ctrl and open PowerPoint → it should start in Safe Mode. (You will see: PowerPoint セーフ モードで開きますか？)
- Go to: ファイル → オプション → アドイン
- At the bottom choose: 管理: COM アドイン → 設定
- Uncheck everything → OK
- Restart PowerPoint normally.
If it stops crashing → one add-in was the cause. If the issue persists, turn Off Hardware Graphics Acceleration.
- PowerPoint → ファイル
- オプション
- 詳細設定 (Advanced)
- Scroll to 表示 (Display)
- Check: ▶ ハードウェア グラフィック アクセラレータを無効にする
Restart PowerPoint.
