VPN Gateway の P2S 接続（OpenVPN）に関する接続障害

現在、Azure VPN Gateway を使用して Point-to-Site（P2S）接続を構成しており、OpenVPN プロトコルと証明書認証方式を利用しています。

以下の構成で接続を試みていますが、クライアント側のログにタイムアウトエラー（0x8007274C）が残っており、接続が確立できません。

クライアント側ではなく、VPN Gatewayの設定か内部要因かと思いますが、どのようにすれば接続ができるようになりますか？

構成概要：

  • VPN Gateway SKU：VpnGw2AZ
  • プロトコル：OpenVPN（P2S構成で選択済み）
  • 認証方式：証明書（ルート証明書とクライアント証明書は一致）
  • クライアント：Azure VPN クライアント（最新版）
  • NSG：TCP 443 を許可済み、他は既定の設定
  • クライアント証明書：ローカルコンピューターにインストール済み
  • VPN クライアント構成ファイル：Azure Portal から最新の XML をダウンロード済み

実施済みの対応：

  • VPN Gateway の構成を Azure CLI で再適用（vpnClientProtocols=["OpenVPN"]）
  • VPN クライアントの再インストールと構成ファイルの再インポート
  • NSG の設定確認（TCP 443 許可済み）
  • Azure トラブルシューティングにて「一致するトンネルが見つからなかったため、IKE 接続は無視されました」「構成の新しい適用に失敗しました」との診断結果を確認

    Could you please let me know which machine you are testing on—Windows, Linux, or Mac?

    Please also verify whether the root certificate has been added correctly. If necessary, remove it and add it again to ensure proper installation.

    On your local machine, try installing the client certificate after removing all existing VPN client certificates.

    Delete the old VPN gateway client file, re-download it, and test again.

    If this still does not resolve the issue, consider reconfiguring the entire point-to-site setup and check if the problem persists.
