Microsoft Entra Domain Servicesに作成したドメインのARMテンプレートをデプロイした際に以下のエラーが出ています。

テンプレート内では、Microsoft.AAD/domainServices リソースの中に replicaSets[*].subnetId の指定を行っていますが、この指定方法は適切でないのでしょうか？

この件ですが、

の内容が基本的にはすべてだと思います。Entra Domain ServiceのARM Temlatesのサンプルが以下にありますが、
"replicaSets": [ { "location": "string", "subnetId": "string" } ],location情報がないと正しく指定できない、といったことはないですか？

location情報もテンプレートに含めてデプロイしておりますが、失敗いたします。
テンプレートの中身は、リソースグループの「テンプレートのエクスポート」で自動生成されたものをベースにしており、そこでは"replicaSets"には
"location": "Japan East"しか含まれていなかったので、
"subnetId": "/subscriptions/{subscription-id}/resourceGroups/{resource-group-name}/providers/Microsoft.Network/virtualNetworks/{vnet-name}/subnets/{subnet-name}"を追加してデプロイを実行いたしました。（{}部分は自環境での値にしてあります。）
ちなみにこちらのサブネットIDは、Azure Resource Graph によって有効かつAzureサブスクリプション内に存在することを確認済みです。
しかし、それでも同じエラーで失敗してしまう状況となっております。
