functionsにて全ての関数が500エラーを返すようになった

＊子タグにはAzure functionsを入れたかったのですが、選択肢がAzure SQL データベースしかなかったため指定しています。

＜事象＞
現在prismaを使った構成でazure functionsを構築しています。

2025/04/19 3:20に理由不明な原因でfunctionsの再起動が発生し、その後以下apiにアクセスすると常に以下のエラーが発生するようになりました。

＜質問内容＞
・特に直近でデプロイや構成の変更などは行っていないのですが、Azure側のメンテナンスのための再起動後に、functionsの実行環境が変わってしまうことなどはあるのでしょうか？
