Lately, it's been exhibiting strange behavior again. Sometimes it doesn't send notifications to the taskbar even though they're active (that red dot, to be clear). Other times, it sends them and they aren't counted. For example: "Today's News," which has always counted, isn't counted and moves on. I've already tried uninstalling and installing the Windows Web Experience Pack and Start Experience Pack, but nothing. What else should I do? Is this normal behavior?

potresti provare a controllare che il servizio Windows Widgets sia in funzione ed impostato su Automatico e che le notifiche sui Widget siano impostate correttamente.
Inoltre se ancora non funziona potresti anche provare a reinstallare WebView2 di Edge e/o pulire la cache dei Widget.
