Non posso accedere a Outlook

Buongiorno. Vi ho già contattato ieri, ma il problema non è stato risolto. Uso la stessa password su Outlook sia sul cellulare sia qui sul computer. Ma sul computer mi avete bloccato perché dite che la password è sbagliata. Risolvete il problema per favore in modo che io possa accedere alla mia posta, senza che io debba cambiare la password, visto che funziona sul cellulare.

    Can you please confirm whether you can sign in with your Microsoft account on Outlook Online?

    Open an incognito tab in any web browser and go to

    https://outlook.live.com/

    This will help me to confirm whether the problem is with the Outlook (Classic) desktop app or with the account itself.

    Also, please let me know if you are using a Personal account such as @outlook.com or @hotmail.com (Or) if it is a Work or School account.
