I can't get the Minecraft Bedrock and Java bundle even though i own the Bedrock edition

I bought Minecraft for windows 10 (bedrock) back in 2020 with a kid account. Now that the two versions come as a bundle, i can't get the option to redeem them for free, but is still shows that i have to pay.

I already called the customer support and the woman said that a copy of minecraft for windows 10 results in my account (still kid) with the price of 0€ and in my dad's account but with the full price. I am more confused than before so i'm writing here hoping to get some help

All items purchased on your account should show at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. You can use the filters on the page to search all your purchases to see if it's listed there. But if it is not then that either means it was not purchased on your account or it was purchased via Mojang. If it was purchased through them then you would need to continue getting help from their support services.

Mi dispiace che tu abbia problemi.

Dalle informazioni che hai fornito sembra che il gioco principale sia stato effettivamente acquistato sull'account di tuo padre e poi condiviso con te. In questo caso particolare credo che dovresti acquistare la versione che vuoi giocare con il tuo account.

So, even though I bought the game just like everyone else, I don't get the same features as them? That doesn't seem fair to me.
