non riesco a riscattare l'abbonamento annuale di Microsoft 365 family. Mia figlia l'ha attivato a giugno con successo e a me dice che il codice pin è già stato utilizzato. come mai? Come devo fare per attivarlo anche sul mio pc?

The code is only for redemption use, once redeemed, the subscription is already tied to the Microsoft accoutn used, and the code will not be needed anymore.
So, since you said your daughter activated it in June, that tells me that the code was already used, so the subscription is now in her account.
Make sure she invited you/your Microsoft account to her family plan.
