Hello, I am contacting Microsoft Support for technical assistance regarding a critical authentication loop and identity conflict on my Microsoft and Xbox Live account. When attempting to log into my historical gaming profile, the system constantly throws Error 0x80048820, indicating a severe Xbox Live synchronization failure. Furthermore, as shown in the attached file "b7bd1be6-6e64-4e14-bfbc-1f8138cbb50f", the system is currently displaying two separate gaming profiles linked to the exact same email address, which are my original historical profile 'Errylip' and a blank duplicate profile with a numerical tag named 'Errylip2261'. Every time I manually select the original 'Errylip' profile from the account list, the login fails due to the 0x80048820 error, and the system automatically forces me back into the empty 'Errylip2261' ghost profile. This issue began during a recent global Microsoft authentication outage, which seems to have caused a severe database misalignment between my email login and my original profile's UUID and Gamertag. Since my original profile 'Errylip' contains all my historical data and entitlements, including my Minecraft license, I need a technical agent to manually review my account database entry, clear this ghost profile conflict, and force-relink my email login to the original 'Errylip' identity. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards.
