How Can I RESET the windows 11 Emoji font?

A few months ago i came across this video on how to customize your windows 11 emoji font (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DOK9A24Q2kM). It seemed pretty cool at first and i enjoyed it for about 2 months, but the font i downloaded was poorly made using png images instead of properly formatted vectors, so the emojis ended up looking like this in most of the cases (aoparte from the emoji menu and the notepad). Instead of the colorful characters to add personality, emojis became these soulless outlines in black and white.

I have since tried resetting the wont multiple times to the original windows 11 look, and i came quite close:

• i followed the same process of the video, but this time using a default windows 11 emoji font from another windows computer
• it KINDA worked, but the default emoji look only shows in notepad and emoji menu, but all of the other apps, like browsers and games, still show the old emoji font (soulless emojis).

After following some troubleshooting giudes, there seems to be like a duplicate font (as also suggested by a pup-up inside the emoji menu after the last emoji change i did), the problem is: i cannot see this other font that causes the problem from windows settings / fonts nor from C:\Windows\Fonts.

So how can i fix this issue and finally go back to the good old look??
