Are you on Windows 10 and trying to upgrade to Windows 11?
If you were on Windows 11 before updating the BIOS, you need to disable BitLocker.

After disabling BitLocker or being on Windows 10, update the BIOS initially with @bios.
Download the file above and extract it. It will display setup.exe and install it. After installing, run @bios. Select a server. It will check the current version of your BIOS and display the most up-to-date version. You can select and flash it.
Try enable TPM and Test.
