Thanks for sharing, Samuel. Since the issue started after you formatted your PC, did you already update your network drivers? After a reset, Windows often uses basic drivers that cause weak or unstable Wi-Fi. To fix this, run Windows Update and install all updates, including optional ones. If the problem stays, download the latest Wi-Fi driver from your device manufacturer’s website.
You can also run the Network troubleshooter by going to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Network Adapter. This usually resolves connection issues after a format.
