Servizio di hosting e sincronizzazione di file Microsoft.
Hi Gabriella,
Upgrading your OneDrive storage does not automatically trigger a sync refresh or restore missing files. If files are still missing after the upgrade, you may need to reset OneDrive or restore it to a previous state manually. To begin, visit OneDrive Web and use the search bar to locate specific filenames or keywords. Also, check the Recycle Bin and Personal Vault for any deleted or hidden files. If you're a Microsoft 365 subscriber, you can restore OneDrive to a previous state by going to Settings, selecting Options, and choosing "Restore your OneDrive." Pick a date before the files disappeared and follow the prompts. To re-sync OneDrive, right-click the OneDrive icon in your system tray, go to Settings, and under the Account tab, click "Choose folders" to ensure all relevant folders are selected. If necessary, reset OneDrive by pressing Windows + R and typing %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Best,
Jeric.
