perdita delle pasword memorizzate su edge

Ieri, dopo un error di sistema, che ha comportato l'automatico riavvio del pc, le password memorizzate in Edge sono sparite. Malgrado abbia l'abbonamento a 365 con il salvataggio dei dati, non riesco a recuperarle. Inoltre in edge non me le memorizza neppure più. Faccio richiesta di tenerle in memoria ma poi non me le tiene memorizzate. Cosa è successo? C'è la possibilità di recuperarle?

    The passwords should not have disappeared. May I know if you had the sync enabled with your Microsoft account?

    If so, kindly go to edge://sync-internals page.

    Scroll down to the bottom right until the green table appears.
