Violazione integrità con comando sfc /scannow

Ciao a tutti, per ben due volte, entrambe appena eseguita un'installazione da zero, dopo il comando sfc /scannow, ottengo le violazioni:

    Un account locale amministratore che poi potrà essere abbinato ad un account Microsoft.

    Ho appena completato la formattazione in modalità avanzata, ho eseguito il comando sfc /scannow ed è stata riscontrata una violazione.

    Durante l'uso del PC ho notato dei freeze, ad esempio, cliccando l'icona Start o premendo il tasto Win, non si apriva il menu start, anche l'app posta si blocca. Inoltre se cerco un'app tramite la barra delle applicazioni, viene visualizzato come risultato l'app ma senza icona. Ho lanciato il comando sfc /scannow da prompt dei comandi (come amministratore) ed ho ottenuto nuovamente l'errore:

    Dato che il post che avevo aperto ai primi di Maggio 2021 è stato chiuso per moderazione, ripropongo la domanda, come posso risolvere il problema. Preciso il fatto che ho già fatto la formattazione diverse volte ed il problema si ripresenta sempre anche col sistema appena installato.
