My game PRIMA TERRA (Store ID 9PL9CXM3S211) has customer ratings and written reviews that are visible in Partner Center (5-star reviews submitted on 11 and 12 October 2026, market Italy).
However, the public Microsoft Store listing shows no rating at all, more than a week later. The Store catalog also returns AverageRating 0 and RatingCount 0 for market IT, even though the reviews themselves are listed.
The game is published for Windows 10/11 Desktop and was updated on 14-15 October.
Is there a minimum number of ratings before the score is displayed, or is this an issue on the Store side? How can I get the ratings to show on the listing?
