We need assistance with organization identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing (formerly Trusted Signing). The organization is registered in Italy, and the signing account was successfully created in North Europe. On 9 October 2026, the representative completed personal verification through Microsoft Verified ID and received “Verification successful!”. Later that day, the Artifact Signing status email reported “Validation Fail”.As of 11 October, the Azure portal still shows “Non inviato” (“Not submitted”) with a red cross, without a visible failure reason.Checks already completed:The corporate account currently has Owner at subscription scope and Artifact Signing Identity Verifier on the signing account. The primary verification email was received, and the verification process was completed the same day, within the seven-day deadline. The secondary contact mailbox was inactive when validation was submitted and was activated afterwards. Please check privately whether any required notification was sent there. No “Action required” status, company-document upload request, or detailed rejection reason is visible. We checked the activity log but could not identify the operation that initiated identity validation. Therefore, we cannot confirm its caller and timestamp.A company registration extract and screenshots confirming the corporate account and role assignments were already sent privately by email in the linked Azure support case on 11 October. Resource identifiers and company details can be provided through that private case. Please arrange a technical review by the identity validation team to identify the actual failure reason, clarify whether any email action or company information is missing, and advise whether the existing validation can be resumed or a corrected submission is required. The issue is blocking code signing for our Windows installer.
