Thank you for the detailed testing and for comparing the Ryanair and Wizz Air messages. Since “Events from email” is working with Wizz Air on the same Outlook.com account, it is helpful to narrow this down specifically to the Ryanair messages.
Microsoft currently lists both ryanair.com and care.ryanair.com as supported senders for flight reservations in “Events from email.”
Before going further, could you please confirm:
- Does this happen with all recent Ryanair itinerary emails, or only this particular booking?
- Was the Ryanair confirmation received directly from Ryanair, rather than forwarded from another email account?
Please try the step below to see if the issue is resolved:
- Open Outlook.com and select Settings > Calendar > Events from email
- Under Flights, select Don’t show event summaries in email or on my calendar, then save the change.
- Sign out of Outlook.com, sign back in, return to the same setting, and select Show event summaries in email and on my calendar
- Check the behavior with the next newly received Ryanair confirmation, since Microsoft notes that events are not created retroactively for past messages after Events from email is turned back on.
Looking forward to your update.
