Can you do this;

Open Word or Excel, go to Word > About Word (on Mac) or File > Account (on Windows), and check the email address listed under "Belongs to" / "License".

Un solo account Outlook può contenere un solo abbonamento - Personale o Familiare. Il tuo Outlook.it probabilmente è con il Piano Family 365, ma lascia che lo confermi.

Quella personale probabilmente si trova su qualche altra email di Outlook/Hotmail, cioè un account Microsoft.

Posso sapere se vai su https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 pagina, quale servizio vedi?
