- Which version and edition of Windows 10 are you using? (Windows 10 Home 22H2 or Windows 10 Pro 22H2.) Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: winver Press Enter
- Are you signing in with a Microsoft account or using a local account?
- Have you previously enrolled this PC in the ESU program or is this your first attempt?
