Are you trying to change the icon for one specific printer or all printers?
Windows 10 does not provide a built in setting to change printer icons in Devices and Printers. The icons are assigned automatically based on the printer driver and device metadata. To update how the icon appears, open Control Panel, go to Devices and Printers, right click the printer, select Printer properties, then check for driver updates under the Advanced tab or reinstall the printer using the latest driver from the manufacturer. This refreshes the icon if the driver includes updated visuals.
