Fino a una settimana fa cliccando su una qualsiasi applicazione con il tasto destro appariva la voce " Aggiungi a menu Start", ora no..ho win 10 aggiornato e sinceramente non so che pesci prendere.

Sometimes the context menu handler breaks after updates.
Run these in Command Prompt (Admin) one by one:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Then restart and test again.
