If you've redeemed your Office 2024 product key on the wrong Microsoft account, unfortunately, Microsoft does not allow self-service transfers of Office licenses between accounts once redeemed. After redemption, the license gets tied to the Microsoft account and controls installations. The recommended resolution is to to use the wrong account that is tied with the license, sign in using the account, follow the prompt to install Office products.
However, you can still try and contact Microsoft Support Page, explain that you accidentally redeemed the license on the wrong account. You can contact them using this link https://support.microsoft.com/it-it/contactus.
