Uno strumento Web in Microsoft 365 che permette agli utenti di creare rapidamente sondaggi, quiz e moduli di feedback.
Hi PNRR BASILICATA,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Microsoft Forms charts are automatically generated based on the raw response data collected through the form. These charts are not linked to the Excel file on SharePoint in a dynamic way. Editing the Excel file does not affect the charts in Forms.
Unfortunately, Microsoft Forms does not support filtering or creating custom charts (like by province) directly within the Forms interface.
If you still want to filter or create custom charts on other applications, you can try these workarounds:
1. Use Excel for Custom Charts
- Open the Excel file saved on SharePoint.
- Use filters or pivot tables to segment data by province.
- Create custom charts in Excel.
- Share the Excel file or export charts as images/PDFs.
2. Use Power BI for Interactive Dashboards
- Import the Excel file into Power BI.
- Create interactive dashboards with filters (e.g., by province).
- Share the Power BI report with stakeholders.
We truly appreciate your input, as it helps shape the future of Microsoft 365. I highly recommend that you submit your feature request to the Microsoft Feedback Portal: Microsoft Forms · Community, where the product team actively reviews user suggestions for future updates. As a Microsoft Community Support Specialist, I'm not able to change this behavior directly, but I can guide you to the right place to share your feedback
In the meantime, I will also pass along your feedback to the appropriate team for further consideration.
Feel free to reply if you need any further assistance. Thank you for reaching out to us!
Best Regards,
Tamara-Hu- MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist.
