My Microsoft account was hacked so I had to create a new one, in which I no longer see the game I previously downloaded

Dear Members !

My problem is that my child's Microsoft account has been hacked and so he can't play the games he purchased there.

He has since created a new account with the same email address, but the previously purchased game is no longer visible here.

I can prove with an invoice that we purchased the game, so I do not want to buy it again ! (I could download the invoice from my Microsoft account)

How can we solve this problem? How can I re-authorize the purchased game to my child's Microsoft account?

A problémám az, hogy a gyermekem microsoft fiókját feltörték, és így nem tud játszani az oda megvásárolt játékkal.

Azóta új fiókot hozott létre, ugyan azzal az email címmel, de itt már nem látszik a korábban megvásárolt játék.

Bizonyítani tudom számlával, hogy a játékot megvásároltuk, így nem kívánok újra fizetni érte. (a saját microsoft fiókomban megvan a fizetést igazoló számla a Microsoft-tól)

Hogyan lehetne helyreállítani ezt a hibát, illetve hogyan lehetne újra engedélyeztetni a megvásárolt játék használatát a gyermekem microsoft fiókjában.
